Coaching and Mentoring to increase choices and expedite change

I am the founder and director of PPI Business NLP, an organisation that trains people to unlock their potential in their professional and personal lives using the tools of NLP.

I greatly enjoy facilitating the NLP courses and creating a comfortable and stimulating environment for people to explore what they want to achieve, try new approaches, and demonstrate successful new behaviours.

You may be looking to become more effective in some area of your life, or to get more success and enjoyment at work. Or maybe you simply want a sounding board to help you clarify your choices. For the last seven years I have been helping people find solutions to these types of challenges through personal coaching and mentoring. My role is to help you explore what it is you want , and provide you with the tools to achieve it. I can help you get results quickly and easily by demonstrating the application of a wide range of approaches made possible through NLP, and then allow you to prove to yourself what works for you.

My interest in executive coaching and mentoring developed during my NLP practitioner training; I saw that delegates were enjoying sharing deep personal issues with me, and getting results. After becoming a meta-master practitioner and trainer, this positive experience with delegates led me to launch PPI Business NLP for group learning, and to offer coaching and mentoring to individuals. As your coach or mentor, I will be non-judgmental and supportive.

When coaching and mentoring I draw on 25 years of business experience which has provided ample opportunity to test out and reap the benefits of NLP skills. Along with starting and running a thriving business, I have expertise in sales, negotiations, team-building, and turning strategy into reality. I have worked in strategy and proposition development in the IT and communications for the last 12 years. I also have 14 years of experience in sales and marketing for large IT corporations, and 9 years of experience as a retail buyer and merchandise controller for two of the largest non-food superstores in the United Kingdom. I have a degree in chemistry, and an advanced diploma in world class marketing.
