Sue has worked in a number of senior people, process, quality and change management roles with European and Global responsibilities. She has project managed a number of multi-site/country improvement/change management programs and has delivered Project, Process and Customer Service training across Europe, North America, Singapore, China and Australia. Sue has also undertaken customer experience audits/improvement programs and has compiled and run Stress Management, Project Management and Relationship Management Workshops. Sue is trained in NLP techniques and is an accredited Belbin Balanced Team Roles Facilitator, a certified user of SDITM (Strength Deployment InventoryTM) and is qualified to administer psychometric tests such as Myer Briggs Type Indicator.
