Jon founded venture-Now in 2007 to set new service quality benchmarks for businesses throughout Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.  

Jon also has other teaching-orientated attributes outside of business coaching, ranging from lecturing in finance and business studies at the Open University Business School to training scuba diving instructors.

His practical experience and expertise is backed by a solid bank of qualifications which include: NLP Practitioner Coaching diplomas Member of the International Coaching Federation MBA (Open University Business School) BSc Management Science (Open University)
