Mandie has worked for small S.M.Es for over 17 years and therefore understands the pressures and obstacles to success. She passionately believes that every business can work in a way that supports a fulfilling and successful life. Through Coaching she helps business owners and senior staff appreciate and take responsibility for what is happening within their organisation, to enable them to get the results that they want. More importantly she supports them to put into action what needs to be done.

She believes everybody needs a vision of what success looks like to them. From people looking to leave their full time job and take the leap into running their own business to businesses looking to grow. As a Coach she helps people understand how business will work for them and gets them thinking about what their vision of success looks like.

She believes that business owners often have a lot more skills than they realise and she has the ability to help them develop and capitalise on these skills, from networking and presentations, to cold calling and marketing, the list is endless.

She qualified with the U.K Coaching Partnership and now runs her own Business & Life leadership Coaching practice incorporating her passion for helping people with Coaching. She also runs The Business Woman’s Network which is as passionate about your success as she is.
