Hi I’m Charlotte, and I started C J M International to work towards my vision of making a difference to as many people as I can, so that everyone has as many choices as possible, and the chance of effecting whatever changes are appropriate for them.   

Perhaps you are someone who wants to reach a higher level of performance or satisfaction in one or more areas of your life. 

Or you are becoming aware that there are areas in your life that ‘ought’ to be under your control, and as yet are not the way that you would choose them to be. 

Or even that you have heard about coaches in the media, or from friends and colleagues, and want to ‘give it a go’. 

One of my beliefs is that people who are happy and content on the inside, will achieve more of their potential, and improve their quality of life.  That in turn will impact on those around them in their personal lives, and in their career. 

Coaching is a powerful and ongoing relationship that facilitates, in an individual or a team, the process of developing capability, growing capacity, and expanding awareness.  A coaching relationship encourages functioning people to function even better. 

A coach creates a balanced environment of safety and challenge, thus easing the navigation of movement towards increased learning and performance.   

And she embraces you as you are, and believes that you are the expert on your life, and that the resources you are looking for are already inside you. 

My interest in self-development began when things were going wrong in my life.  There were choices, and I took responsibility for myself, and used the support that was on offer to me to rebuild my self and my life. 

I have attained accreditation by the leading international NLP and Coaching organisations, and I have enhanced my skills in communications and people development with five years practical experience of helping people move on after crises and disruptions in their lives.  This has increased my enthusiasm to use and develop all my skills and learning so that I continue to grow, and be a catalyst for others to develop in their own way. 

My business experience includes twenty-one years customer facing for the financial departments of a corporate telecommunications company, and of a university; and previously I spent several years each in the Merchant Navy, and in a large general hospital.
