Hi, I’m David and I am the founder and Managing Director of Maine Associates Ltd. We are a small consultancy running mentoring and coaching programmes for business owners, executives and sales teams.

I help people discover solutions and possibilities to business problems. Whilst the  focus is on Sales & Business Development clients, my coaching includes aspects of personal development as appropriate for each individual.

I have studied with internationally recognised trainers in the fields of Sales and NLP, as well as training personally with top coaches from the UK & US. I am a founding member of the International Association of Coaches, and a Licensed NLP Trainer.

This training is combined with 19 years business experience, from starting and running businesses, to sales and management within global corporations and SME’s. As a Member of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management I continue to work with leading business professionals in developing models of excellence for sales, team-building and motivation.

I find that coaching is so successful for Owners, Managers and Directors because it offers them a safe environment.
