Jo has a Diploma in Coaching from The Coaching Academy and is a licensed Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and an accredited Miro Practitioner.

She runs a successful, HR consultancy, leadership development and executive coaching business.

Prior to this she was most recently running a client relationship team for the Securities Division of Goldman Sachs, where she has also been Head of HR for their Paris, Zurich and Geneva offices. Jo has also worked as a Project Manager for JP Morgan in London, Tokyo & New York and has also worked in FX trading for Lehman Brothers.

She has had fourteen years in the US Investment Banking environment across three continents has given her the skills and experience to be able to support leaders and entrepreneurs to become their professional best.
