Anna has worked as a senior leadership consultant and talent management executive within the banking and finance industry for the majority of her career, gaining additional experience in the airline, manufacturing and retail industries.

She has led leadership development and talent management projects across Europe and Asia and facilitated leadership conferences and business cases for senior leadership teams and intact teams.

Topics have included improving communication/coordination, planning, leadership and people management In addition, Anna has delivered programmes and workshops covering personal influence, career development, women\'s development, management/supervisor development and performance management.

Anna\'s work is always focused on outcomes and her coaching style reflects this. She helps leaders transition into broader roles and to lead people more effectively in order to improve business performance.

Anna is a member of the International Coach Federation and is qualified on numerous psychometric instruments including, the TMP (Team Management Profile), SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory), CTT (Culture Transformation Tool) and 16PF among others.
