Petter Bakken: Increases Performance in Leadership and Sales

Petter Bakken

 Petter has worked in the Information, Communication and Technologies sector (ICT) for 37 years.

 He has worked for 29 year with Hewlett-Packard in various positions within sales, marketing, service and learning and development, the most recent 11 years as learning consultant.

He delivers leadership, sales, teambuilding, communication, negotiation, change management, project management and coaching courses and coaching interventions across Europe.

In addition to his HP training and coaching his coaching education includes ICT certified training in coaching from the Erickson College in Norway (The Art and Science of Coaching).

The essence of his working experience has been training leaders at all levels in Europe. His thrill has been seeing leaders gaining deeper insights into themselves, moving on to higher levels of performance, getting better results and being promoted or running their own businesses.

His aim is always to deliver high quality work, from both his client's and his own perspective.
