Alan Ney - Change management, BPR, knowledge and project management

Alan has extensive management experience in Financial Services and Information Technology, spanning many years and covering a wide range of roles – as a senior manager at Accenture, one of the world’s leading providers of consulting and outsourcing services; at the London Stock Exchange and in UK Central Government; and as an Interim Manager (recent assignments include a leading consultancy and a major European Telco)

His skills include Change Management and Business Process Re-engineering; IT Service Management; Systems Development and Implementation; Knowledge Management; Programme and Project Management.  He is an NLP practitioner and is a co-trainer with PPI Business NLP with a focus on managing change.
