Carolyn has worked within the Public Sector in senior positions for over 15 years. Her experience is working with Executives and Senior Managers in developing their careers, Personal development and implementing huge Change Management Programmes.

 

Carolyn has worked with clients both in the Public and Private sector using NLP and Coaching techniques to get the best out of aspiring executives and potential leaders of the future.

 

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has a special interest in developing those with fears of interviews or the next career move.

 

Carolyn can deliver to individuals or groups of people on management issues and help them identify their values and beliefs giving them the confidence and ability to succeed and contribute to organisational performance.
