The programme includes two two/three hour in-person sessions and five monthly 45 minute telephone sessions.  

Retained Executive Coaching is designed for rising and successful executives who know the value of coaching, are committed to achieving their goals, and want the support of a highly qualified coach who is 100% committed to their success. You are guaranteed 12 half days of individual coaching with a highly qualified coach, and sessions are scheduled to fit your calendar.
