David Butler - Optimising Business and Personal Growth

Following graduation in Economics from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne David moved to London where he worked in banking and sales for NatWest Bank and Xerox.

David has now worked in education, personal development and executive coaching for the past 25 years, during which time he has amassed significant experience in developing strategies for success at both organisational and personal levels.

In working with executive clients David uses results focused coaching, NLP and hypnosis to empower executives to create their own solutions and develop their own skills to enable them to succeed.

In particular David works with executive clients to help them identify clarity in their objectives, unraveling conflicting issues, developing confidence to act, to achieve and progress. David works with executives to identify their values, to help them work with these values and to work in harmony with themselves in attaining the success they deserve.

David works with new entrants to organisations and professions, those seeking advancement to higher echelons and those who need to work out solutions to temporary issues.

Executive clients can work with David on a long term relational basis being guided and supported through their career or on a shorter term basis as need arises.
