If you are new to coaching, or you are not sure which of our executive coaching programs would be the most productive and rewarding, we suggest a hybrid programme so you can experience the benefits of one-on-one, face-to-face coaching and telephone coaching.

The programme includes two two/three hour face-to-face meetings with your coach to establish rapport, clarify what you want to achieve, and talk about how to get the most from your coaching experience.

You can select your coach from one of the highly competent and experienced coaches listed on our website, or EBCN Founder and executive coach, Michael Beale, will help select the best coach for you based on your goals and where you are in your work.

The next phase of the programme is five 45-minute coaching sessions over the phone, scheduled monthly, to further develop the skills you need to achieve your objectives.

Clients report that telephone coaching is not only convenient and economical; it is very focused and efficient. And all coaching conversations are of course confidential.

The investment of the Easystart Coaching programme, consisting of two face-to-face meetings and five telephone sessions, is £2500 + VAT. Variations in the programme can also be arranged to meet your needs.
