For coaches:

Executive Coaching | Top Coaches

Overview - From the Coaches Perspective

The main purpose of the network is to enable competent coaches to further develop their brand, reputation and exposure by having a route to sharing their competence and experience through a profile, blogs, articles, case studies and (shortly) videos. It will also give coaches additional exposure to larger contracts.

It is significantly easier and more effective to gain web exposure as part of a group than as an individual and this difference will increase with the development of web 2, 3, .......etc

There is a secondary purpose in developing a learning and supportive community.

The website is designed so that if anyone searches specifically for your name, your name will come up first and any potential client can contact you directly.

If the client contacts us direct we will choose the best offer for the client based on their specific requirements.

Application process

While I prefer coaches I've personally worked with, or who are recommended by existing members any experienced coach may apply to join if they feel that they are able to contribute.

There is a six step process to join the network, we both need to be happy with each step before proceeding to the next

1) Complete  this form

2) We'll then have an short telephone call to answer to answer any questions you have

3) We agree your profile, and  I'll put your profile on the site as an affiliate. Please note the profile will give your contact number and email address (if you want it included), but not a back link to your site.

4) Regardless of your experience and qualifications I'd like to get an idea of your coaching style. I'd like you to coach me on a mutually agreed topic over the phone - normally no longer than 30 minutes.

The topic is likely to be: "How do we develop this network for our mutual benefit"

5) You produce the details for a blog post or article for our 'coaching intelligence' blog www.coaching-intelligence.net and a case study for  our 'case study' blog  www.coaching-case-studies.net You can have a back link with appropriate anchor text for every blog submitted.

You may also consider preparing an article for our 'Business Coaching Ideas' blog. http://www.coaching-tips.co.uk Again with a back link of your choice.

You agree to write a further blog and case study every three months.

We're happy to help you to write these in any way we can.

We will promote the best blogs, articles and case studies as appropriate.

Please note that in many ways it is often the writing, quality and publication of these blogs that will demonstrate your competence and raise your profile.

6) You pay an annual non refundable subscription of 50 GBP

You will then be a full member of the network.

The fee for existing coaches will not increase unless they leave the network and want to rejoin later)

In addition

7) We are in the process of developing a very simple but effective quality framework for the network. We will let go of any coaches that do keep to this framework.

8) Coaches who do not want to complete steps 3-6 may have the opportunity to remain on the network as affiliates.

9) Coaches can of course choose to leave at any time

10) We are currently looking looking at the best way to structure our website so that clients can find the right coach for their particular needs, current thoughts are:

a) By country

b) Company size

c) Specialism
