Working purely one-on-one with ECBN Director, Michael Beale, or another facilitator of your choice, for two days you will reconnect with your deeply held personal values and goals. You will clarify what you want to achieve, and identify the actions and the resources you have, as well as any additional resources needed to achieve them. You will also gain the specific skills and capabilities needed to be successful and fulfilled in your mission.

There is no set agenda for the workshop. Based on what you want to get out of the workshop, Michael will introduce a proven framework for exploration, discovery and action. Michael will book an hour's telephone discussion two weeks before the workshop to ensure that you have some suitable goals to develop and explore. Also included is a de-briefing session, we recommend that this is conducted for weeks after the workshop.
