This service is specially designed for rising and successful executives who already know the value of coaching, are committed to clarifying and achieving their goals with the support of coaching, and in turn  want the commitment of a highly qualified coach who is 100% committed to their success.

The benefit of electing this elite, one-on-one, retained coaching programme is that our commitment to you is our organisation's priority - you are guaranteed 12 half days of individual coaching with a highly qualified coach. Sessions are scheduled to fit your calendar.

Michael Beale, the founder of the Executive and Business Coaching Network (EBCN), will meet with you and help select the best coach for you based on your goals, and where you are in your work. The EBCN offers a variety of highly trained and experienced coaches personally selected by Michael. You will have the opportunity to develop a strong and trusting relationship with your coach and mentor, and enjoy total confidentiality. In addition, Michael will always be available for additional support if required.
You will set out your objectives with your coach, and as you move forward, you will hone the skills that will help you attain your goals. Most of our clients find this a highly motivational process.

This elite, retained executive coaching program requires a minimum commitment of £12K. A 10% discount is offered with advance payment.
