Stephen Huntley

Stephen began his career as an academic economist and after 11 years, retrained as an occupational psychologist, getting his Masters Degree in 1989. He moved to the private sector, working with the psychology group in BT and then on to Eagle Star where he was the Management Development Manager.

In 1991 Stephen established his own consultancy and worked with blue chip banking; telecommunications; motor manufacture; aircraft manufacture; defence; broadcasting; printing; health care; insurance and paper products organisations.

He has undertaken various assignments with these organisations alongside his coaching role including design and facilitation of selection methods and design and facilitation of training programmes His orientation is for the pragmatic and cost-effective use of resources and although he trained as a psychologist, a trainer and a coach his focus has always been on getting added value and value for money for the client.
