| Dr Ian Gregory, Business design, knowledge transfer and best practice, |
If youre in the process of implementing performance improvements in your organisation or redesigning aspects of your business, then you may be looking for effective support through what, for many people, is a process outside of their usual routine. Perhaps you are finding that the sheer number of different approaches and buzzwords is over complex. Perhaps it is the numerous different and conflicting viewpoints of your colleagues on what needs to be done. Maybe it is just finding the time and energy to get things done. I specialise in bringing together the human and process design elements of business change to increase both the speed and effectiveness of your performance improvement programmes. To do this I coach both managers and key knowledge workers, like engineers, buyers or marketers, to develop and use their skills in a way that achieves your performance targets in a coherent and lasting manner. The factors involved in this type of approach range from resolving personal issues using my skills in NLP, to helping my clients to design whole businesses. I also use techniques developed for time to market reduction to accelerate change and get the benefits faster. I have developed a set of skills and experience to fully bring out the best in my clients. I have experience in numerous countries and in a range of industrial sectors and functional areas. This is built on top of a first class academic background. My experience includes: | NLP Master Practitioner | | Doctorate in knowledge transfer into businesses | | Consultant for PA Consulting Group specialising in business design, with experience in telecoms, power and retail. | | Corporate Audit for LucasVarity plc supporting their global automotive and aerospace businesses in implementing best practice financially and operationally. | | Researcher at Warwick University, specialising in Time Compression approaches and their implementation. | | Author of Profit from Time, a book on Time Compression (Macmillan Business, 1997) |
