Ryan Nagy brings to executive coaching his extensive background as researcher, university instructor and Feldenkrais© Practitioner.
As a young man, Ryan was fortunate enough to encounter the seminal work of two early system thinkers and agents of change: Gregory Bateson and Milton H. Erickson. His initial interest in the work of these two men led him to further studies of other luminaries such as Moshe Feldenkrais, John Grinder, and Richard Bandler. Now, Ryan is on the leading edge of those few who are bridging the gap between action and theory: bringing the paradigm-shattering ideas of chaos and complexity theory to individuals in both business and academia.
As a walk down the corridors of many businesses and universities will show you, the scientific research, books and seminars on change processes often do little to evoke change. The reason is relatively simple- manifesting change requires an experiential base. Deep change, be it personal or organizational requires more than simple logic and analysis. You need to experience your own personal dynamics evolving your behavior in ways that you had previously not thought possible. With your new skills and abilities, you then begin to evoke these changes in the people and organizations around you.
Ryan's expertise is creating change by coaching individuals and small groups of key personnel to evoke and integrate experience on multiple levels.
